About your self: Well I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA so I am obviously a sports girl! STEELERS AND PENS! I have recently moved to Fairfax, Virginia where I will be attending the Art Institute of Washington to study Fashion and Retail Management. I am 23 years old and have been a Bartender for the past 7 years. I am a competition cheerleader and hip hop dancer. For the past 7 years in Pittsburgh I have also been working and modeling in Promotions such as Local Fashion shows/events, concerts, sporting events, Club and Bar Promotions, And Liquor Promotions. I am an adrenaline junkie I love anything that is going to give you that rush such as bungee jumping, fast cars, skydiving, and street bikes. I am a fashion guru and a car fanatic. I drive an 09 eclipse. I may come off as a girly girl but I know just as much about cars and street bikes as most guys do.I love to get dirty and ride dirt bikes, go four wheeling, hiking. I love just trying new things in life because you only live once. Moving here to Virginia was a huge experience for me and I am just looking to break into the industry and looking for a challenge.
Why work as a model: I want to work as a model because its not easy. If you want to make it in this industry you have to want the challenge and learn to take risks. You have to be strong and outgoing. This is the type of industry where there will be one person that likes you and 200 that don't. What makes you succeed is pushing through all of that and still striving for the top. I love everything about modeling from walking a runway and having all eyes on me to photo shoots. Modeling and fashion is something that has been apart of my life since a young age and I want to prove to women that you can make it in this industry and I cant wait to learn more about modeling and apply that to help me go further. This is probably the best way I get to express my feelings and personality to others.
Why apply with KMS I love cars and esp. car shows. I found KMS by searching car shows down this way and after looking at the website it seems like events that I would love to participate in.
Education: After graduating from Montour High School in 2005 I took some time off school to figure out what career path I was most passionate about. After attending Pittsburgh Technical Institute studying Fashion and public relations for two years I took a chance and moved here to VA. In the fall I will be attending the Art Institute of Washington to study Fashion and Retail Management.
Attended Fashion Classes: Other than studying fashion in school I have not attending any courses on modeling. however I did work for a company Called John Robert Powers where we offered classes to others on Fashion and Modeling
What from KMS: A great new experience. To meet new people, travel, and just take everything that they have to offer.
Your Goals: My main goal as a model is just embracing every moment of this experience. Yes, I would love to make a name for myself in this industry but more importantly I want people to know that it doesn't matter who you are I want to prove that if you love something, its your passion in life, and if you just go for it that you will come out on top.
Yourself in future: Just by working hard and putting my whole mind and attitude towards my work.
Modeling Photography: I know a lot about the industry but I always love to learn more and more whether its from picking up the latest magazine and learning the newest trends or who is the next and upcoming photographer or model in the industry. I have taken classes on fashion and advertising but I believe in this industry you cant learn everything in the classroom. You have to get out there and experience it for yourself and that's where you are going to gain the most knowledge.
How often do you work out: Everyday. even if I cant make it to the gym my Wii To Michael Jackson and Just Dance Game workouts do the trick :-)
Accomplish with KMS: Just to give them all that they expect of me and to meet new people and enjoy the experience of it all.
